Kelly Clarkson Announced A New Vegas Residency In February 2025
On February 6, 2025, Kelly Clarkson announced his return to Las Vegas for a show called “Studio Sessions” at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

This residency is a follow up to her highly successful dates at Planet Hollywood in 2023 and 2024.

“I’m so excited to be back in Vegas!” said Kelly Clarkson said in a press release when she announced the residency. “We’re bringing the studio to the stage this time with ‘Studio Sessions!’ See y’all there!”
The residency was slated to kick off on July 4th with additional performances throughout the months of July, August, and November. See all the dates below.
July 2025: 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26
August 2025: 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16
November 2025: 7, 8, 14, 15
Clarkson Postpones The First Two Shows Hours Before
While preparing for the residency, Kelly Clarkson was hard at work. She posted photos from her and the other musicians on stage rehearsing in the days leading up to opening night. In fact, she even posted on social media the day of her debut at 5:48 PM.

Apparently, the rehearsals really took a toll on her, leaving her unable to perform the first weekend. The singer rarely cancels or postpones anything, so fans had to know she was trying to get well enough up until the very last minute that she had to postpone the 8 PM show.
“We have been working 24/7 to make Studio Sessions the most intimate and extraordinary experience with and for my incredible fans,” she wrote on social media at 6:30 PM. “I am beyond grateful that you always show up for me and I am devastated to have to postpone tonight and tomorrow’s opening at Caesars.”
The “Where Have You Been” singer continued, “The prep and rehearsals have taken a toll on my voice. I want the shows to be perfect for y’all and I need to protect myself from doing serious damage so I am taking this weekend and next week to rest up so that we can deliver what you all deserve. The show is truly incredible. The musicians and singers are outstanding, and I want us all to start out strong. I can’t wait to be back next weekend and show y’all what we’ve been working on.”
Fans were clearly disappointed, since most had to pay for hotel, food, and travel to the show, just to have her postpone 90 minutes before she was slated to go on stage.
The July 4th and 5th dates have not yet been rescheduled, so keep an eye on her socials for that announcement. Also, her post did not mention giving any refunds for those not able to make the rescheduled dates. See her statement below.
